NOTE: This part of the API is still under construction, yet the interface as described below is expected to be somewhat stable.

Devices have an ID used when making REST calls or when talking to the MQTT API. Each physical device has a sticker with its serial number. To retrieve a device ID for a serial number, use the following endpoint.

  • id: The device ID associated with the given serial number.
  • livyLite: Whether the device is a Livy Lite or not. Lites don’t have a camera.

404 Not Found

No device with the given serial number was found.
